    Contact is a confidential and independent support and stress management scheme for doctors and dentists in the West Midlands region that was set up in 1995. The service offers free telephone and face-to-face counselling. The service is not 24 hours but there is a 24-hour answering machine where a contact number can be left and the doctor will be called back.
